Wearelookingformotivated,people-firstsalesrepresentativestojoinourgrowingteamandbringreliableinternetaccesstoresidentswhoneeditmost.
Inthisrole,youwillobtainnewcustomersinresidentialenvironmentsthroughprofessional,face-to-faceinteractionwithresidents,propertymanagementgroups,andotherreferralsources.
Thisisadoor-to-door,in-personposition—ittakesacertainkindofpersontothrivehere,butforthosewhodo,theearningpotentialisexceptional.
- Engageresidentsdirectlythroughdoor-to-dooroutreachinassignedterritories
- Buildrelationshipswithpropertymanagersandcommunityreferralsources
- Educate’sinternetplans,relatedservicesandvalue
- Closenewresidentialserviceagreementson-site
- Meetandexceedmonthlyandquarterlysalestargets
- Represent the Cal.netbrandprofessionallyinthefield
Base Hourly Rate
$16.90perhour
Actualhourlypaymayvarybasedonrelevantskills,experience,geographiclocation,andoverallqualifications.
Targetedcommission(atfullattainment)
$25,000
Uncapped,withsignificantupsideforoverachievers
Thestatedhourlyraterepresentsthelowendofthehiringrange.
Actualcompensationmayfallabovethisratedependingonexperience,skills,geographicareaanddemonstratedcapabilities.
Additionalbonus,incentive,andcommissionopportunitiesmayapply.
