• Act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store.
• Build relationships and generate excitement for our products.
• Educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
• Schedule appointments and build the Sunrun customer base.
• Influence each person positively and help them understand the value of our solutions.
• Meet or exceed personal and team goals.

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent technology skills, resilience, self‑motivation, grit, and a passion for our mission.
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation to support a multi‑store territory within a 15‑30 mile radius.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable with technology, utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.

• Competitive hourly base pay and commission, with earnings potential up to $160,000 per year.
