Supply Chain Analyst

Location: 4 days onsite at Sophia NC 27350

Duration: FTE

Salary Range: $80k - $85k base salary

Note:

Travel: 25% - approximately 1 week per month will be spent at the Distribution Center in Houston, TX.

Weekend: 1 Sunday per month - approximately 2-3 hours of work, typically remote, focused on validation activities.

• Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and critical warehouse application issues that impact Distribution Center operations.
• Analyze system and transaction data using SQL, including pulling information from multiple tables to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Partner with warehouse operations, IT, developers, and leadership to troubleshoot problems, communicate solutions, and drive issues through resolution.
• Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and post-deployment validation for warehouse applications.
• Analyze warehouse processes, document requirements/process flows, and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, IT Application Support, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on WMS experience;
  Manhattan or other enterprise WMS platforms are acceptable.
• Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Warehouse Operations is required.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis; ability to investigate transactions across multiple database tables.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 4 days onsite in Randleman, NC and be within a reasonable commuting distance; willing to travel to Houston approximately 25%.
