The South Amboy School District has the following anticipated opening for
the school year. Rate of pay will be as per negotiated agreement
between the South Amboy Board of Education & the South Amboy Education
Association:
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL
ELA TEACHER LEAVE REPLACEMENT
1/16/2025-6/30/2025
Qualifications:
* Teacher of English Standard, Provisional, CE or CEAS
* Experience working with middle and/or high school students
* Experience analyzing data and using the data to make informed instructional decisions
Starting Salary: $63,712.00
* * Pending Contract Negotiations
Proper Certification Required
Applications must be submitted iled applications will not be accepted. The selection process will continue until a candidate is appointed. The successful candidate will be eligible for the district's benefits package. Employees are eligible for single benefits and become eligible for other benefits packages after having successfully completed three years and one day within the district. Appointment is at the discretion of the South Amboy Board of Education.
