• Active RN license, NJ eligible
• At least 1 year pediatric nursing experience (required)
• Prior experience with NG-tube care
• Ability to lift and transport a non-ambulatory child (~24 lbs)
• School nursing experience preferred

• Provide one-on-one medical care to a 3-year-old with Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD)
• Manage NG-tube and monitor feeding/nutrition needs
• Safely assist and lift the student as needed for transfers and bus rides (bussing required)
• Ensure daily safety and medical needs are met throughout the school day (8am-3pm)
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the educational team and parents
