Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey RN license required
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric nursing environment preferred
• Strong clinical skills, particularly with G-tube care
• Comfort with 1:1 student oversight and supporting medically complex needs
• Willingness to ride the school bus with the student each school day
• Ability to commit to a daily schedule, 8:008:15am pickup through 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Strictly in-person; remote or VOCO options are not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student throughout the school day
• Attend to and maintain G-tube care; monitor students overall wellbeing and medical status
• Safely accompany the student to and from school via district transportation
• React promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to ensure seamless, quality care
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
