Role-Specific Perks - Company vehicle or allowance, mobile phone or phone allowance, uniforms, and work boot allowances POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our fast-growing electrical team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the trade, has a strong attention to detail, and can support licensed electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent customer service on job sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist electricians in the installation of wiring, lighting, and control systems

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using hand tools and power tools

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order

Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors

Supply or hold materials or tools for electricians

Clean and prepare work areas for electrical installations

Follow instructions and safety procedures on job sites ACCOUNTABILITIES Support electricians in the installation of wiring, lighting, outlets, and other electrical systems according to project specifications and safety codes

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and assisting in keeping the work area clean and organized to minimize hazards ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT This position reports to the local Project Manager and is responsible for engaging with the install team and all of our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED preferred0–2 years of electrical or construction experience

Technical high school certification and/or associate degree from an accredited electrical program, a plus
