Position

Health & Safety Environmental Manager (HSE) – South Beloit, Illinois.

$60,000 - $80,000 (depends on experience)

• Implement and maintain an effective incident investigation process that identifies root causes and formulates corrective actions.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve problems and address issues.
• Coordinate the completion of regulatory assessments to ensure all legal requirements are met and records are maintained accurately.
• Provide safety compliance training and development to all employees, including all OSHA log‑required policies and procedures.
• Foster and sustain positive and collaborative relationships with all employees.
• Follow procedures and rules to promote a culture of health and safety.

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, or equivalent practical experience.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ACAD).

• Must be a U.S. citizen; no sponsorship offered.
