• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1.00/hr shift differential)

• $18.00/hour
• +$1.00/hour for 2nd shift

Jamco Products is seeking Production Workers to support final product preparation, cleaning, and packaging. This role ensures products meet quality standards and are ready for paint, shipment, or customer delivery.

• Install hardware (handles, locks, wheels, etc.) per build specifications
• Label, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Inspect finished products and report defects
• Grind, scrape, and clean products to prepare for painting
• Load/unload products from carts and move throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts or cranes as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform general production and support duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance
