Job DescriptionThe Fair Oaks Rehabilitation and Health Care Center – South Beloit, IL is seeking a certified nursing assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily needs, providing personal care, preparing for activity and social programs, and performing routine activities in accordance with accepted standards, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

- Active, in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a CNA in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
