We're hiring an experienced Welder to inspect, repair, and weld large spirally welded cylinders to meet quality and safety standards. This is a DIRECT HIRE role!

What You'll Do

• Inspect welded cylinders for defects and make repairs
• Perform flux-core welding and use cutting torches and grinders
• Take accurate measurements and document repairs
• Maintain welding equipment and tools
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience with flux-core welding (FCAW) required
• Must be able to pass a 3G welding test
• Welding experience with SMAW or SAW is a plus
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb, and work in various positions
• Able to climb vertical ladders
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, fumes, dust, and changing weather conditions
• Must be comfortable working at heights
