This is an active, outdoor role at a working grain elevator. You'll be on your feet and engaged throughout the day — operating equipment, supporting grain receiving and load‑out, and keeping the facility running efficiently.
- Outdoor and indoor work across all seasons — you'll be comfortable in this role if you genuinely enjoy working outside
- Working at heights up to 150 feet with proper safety harnesses and equipment — full training and gear provided
- Activity around heavy trucks and grain handling machinery — safety awareness is essential and rewarded here
- A fast‑moving, team‑driven atmosphere during peak grain seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience at a grain handling facility
- Working knowledge of PLC/controls and the ability to read amp and percentage meters
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Solid math skills — comfortable with percentages, decimals, and multiplication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work in confined spaces
- Physical comfort working at heights up to 150 feet and in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak season
- A genuine safety‑first attitude — you look out for yourself and your teammates
- Strong people skills and a team‑first mentality
- Comfortable with technology, computers, and basic Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑task work environment
