Cost Accountant

Job Title: Cost Accountant - Manufacturing

Location: Plymouth, Indiana (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $60,000 – $70,000 (potential flexibility to $75K DOE)

Own cost accounting in a historic (over 50+ years in business) and growing manufacturing company that makes the packaging for many household products you already know and love!

• The company is privately owned and recently invested in an additional facility and therefore need to expand their accounting team!
• Drive quoting accuracy, margin analysis, and product costing
• This is a hands‑on, analytical role where your work directly impacts pricing, profitability, and operational decisions.
• Partner with the Controller, accounting team, and production to manage detailed quoting, support their recent ERP transition, and maintain accurate pricing updates and cost controls

• 3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to start in a cost accounting role with minimal training
• ERP experience
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, process‑driven
• Ability to work on site 5x weekly in Plymouth, Indiana
