Position: Cost Accountant
Location: South Bend, IN (Onsite)

Overview of the Cost Accountant role:
• Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, and overhead to support accurate product costing.
• Maintain and review inventory transactions including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare cost analysis reports, track variances, and support plant management with financial insights.
• Assist with month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
Preferred Qualifications for the Cost Accountant role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with cost accounting or manufacturing accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• ERP system experience preferred.
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually depending on experience | Onsite in South Bend, Indiana
