• Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash receipts, and fixed assets
• Own the monthly and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Manage consolidations and prepare accurate financial statements for leadership and the Board
• Lead budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and cash/investment management

• BS in Accounting
• Proven experience leading full-cycle accounting and close processes in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams
