CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Target Compensation: $25-$30/hour

Key Responsibilities for the CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• Process weekly payroll, including union payroll reporting and union dues administration.
• Support accounting operations through AP, AR, and general accounting activities.
• Assist with payroll-related HR responsibilities and provide support across the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications for the CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• Experience in accounting, payroll, or a combination of both.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with union payroll reporting and systems such as Spectrum, Sage, or similar accounting/payroll platforms.
• Team-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
