Accounts Receivable Specialist – E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Receivable Specialist- Process, review, and post daily customer invoices based on shipped orders.
- Apply cash receipts, reconcile payments, and verify deposits against system activity.
- Manage invoicing and remittance activity across traditional, retail, and e‑commerce customer accounts.
- Process larger payment batches and research payment or account discrepancies.
- Respond to customer AR questions and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
- Previous accounts receivable experience, including invoicing and cash application.
- Experience reconciling customer payments and researching discrepancies.
- Comfortable working with customer portals, e‑commerce platforms, or similar payment systems.
- Ability to independently manage daily AR activity and transaction volume.
