Description

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for verifying and processing large currency and coin deposits.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verifies and processes large currency and coin deposits, serving as subject matter expert.
  • Operates coin machine and currency counter.
  • Receives incoming deposits from customers and armored customers.
  • Provides support on Cash Vault’s currency shipping and ordering system, as subject matter expert.
  • Fosters positive relationships with branches, customers, and vendors.
  • Assists with balancing of ATMs serviced by armored courier.
  • Guides and supports new and existing team members, fostering their professional development and integration into the team.
  • Maintains and updates procedures and job aids, as needed.
  • Assists with incoming phone calls.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
  • Responsible for completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Two (2) or more years of related experience.
  • Prior CSR experience preferred.
  • Great attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle high volumes, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear verbal communication.
  • Ability to independently research and solve simple to complex scenarios.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) preferred.
  • Able to work in a small, closed environment.

EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
