The Associate Client Implementation Manager is responsible for managing standard deployments of PG Forsta solutions, primarily with mid-market healthcare clients. This role provides hands‑on project ownership while building experience in client‑facing project management. Associates ensure client onboarding projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals. They act as primary contact for defined projects, supporting client readiness and coordinating across internal teams.

This role is an important steppingstone toward full ownership of complex enterprise implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage standard client onboarding projects for mid-market clients.

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams to execute configurations, data integrations, and product deployments.

• Identify project risks and issues early and collaborate with supervisors on resolution strategies.

• Provide clear, proactive communication to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Support clients in understanding workflows, product configurations, and training pathways.
