Real America Development LLC, located in South Bend, Indiana, is looking for a Construction General Laborer/Foreman to work closely with the Construction Superintendent. In this role, you will ensure the construction site is clean and efficient while providing leadership and acting as a liaison between team members and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in multi-family housing construction, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to master various software tools. Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour and CPR/AED are preferred but can be obtained.
