ROLE PURPOSE (Why This Seat Exists)
The Restoration Estimator is responsible for creating accurate restoration and reconstruction estimates while serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
This role ensures that property damage is properly assessed, restoration scopes are accurately documented, and projects are successfully transitioned from inspection through production. The Restoration Estimator supports Monroe Restoration's growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing estimate conversion rates, and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, insurance professionals, and commercial clients.

Project Managers, Mitigation Managers, Reconstruction Teams, Insurance Adjusters, Property Owners, and Administrative Staff
ACCOUNTABILITIES Damage Assessment & Estimating The Monroe Proven Process
Conduct detailed property inspections and create accurate estimates for mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services.
Scope Development- Inspect residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storm, mold, or other property damage.
- Document damages using photos, measurements, and industry-standard software.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and restoration plans.
- Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and compliant with insurance carrier requirements.
