Senior Superintendent
We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent with extensive Data Center experience for a project in South Bend, IN. The position will require travel and the project is a 3 year commitment. As an ENR Top 50 GC, our client has more than 75 years in business with offices throughout the US.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage subcontractor performance.
- Develop and track CPM schedules.
- Manage overall construction budgets and safety program.
- Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
- Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
- Travel for projects as needed.
