• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans of residential homes using Matterport Pro3 technology.
• Create high‑quality photographs for marketing purposes on  and
• Serve a core territory, scheduling and completing appointments for clients of  and
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, dispatch teams, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
• While not scanning a home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing properties.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.

• Repetitive sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as necessary.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography or real‑estate photography experience.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and commitment to prior employers.
• Experience with professional photography equipment or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Drone photographer experience with a valid FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Independent work capability in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Base Compensation: $49,000 – $50,000 (Hourly). This rate is based on geographic location, skills, and competencies.
