Account Manager – Customer Support
OverviewCM&F Group is seeking a customer-oriented Account Manager to serve as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Active Property and Casualty License preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Track record of over‑achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, varying by skills, experience, location, and business line. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) accounts, paid‑time‑off, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
Additional InformationRequired experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience. No travel required. Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
