Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances, a Turpaz company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in South Bend, Indiana. This is a full-time, in-office position that serves as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing outstanding service while building strong customer relationships.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist with customer follow-up activities and relationship management.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product and industry knowledge.
• Serve as a member of the Food Safety and Quality team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with in the fragrance, flavor, food, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
