1st Source Bank is seeking a customer service professional to provide quality service to clients via telephone, addressing inquiries and assisting in problem resolution. This role requires learning banking products, procedures, and policies to effectively support clients and maintain high service standards. Center hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.
to 8 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule.
