Location: Southfield Village | Greencroft Communities
Pay: $13.88–$17.73 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll DoAs our Evening Receptionist, you’ll help ensure our campus runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits or calls.
Responsibilities Include- Greet and welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with questions or directions.
- Perform general clerical and administrative support duties.
- Prepare mailings and assist with office projects as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
- College coursework or degree.
- Experience working with older adults.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer throughout the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and answering phones.
