Description Responsibilities- Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
- Handles any walk‑in customers.
- Collects payments.
- Makes policy changes.
- Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
- Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- An organization that values work/life balance
- Paid vacation/sick leave

- Fulltime with a Monday
- Friday schedule - Potential for a yearly bonus with a possible payout of up to 20% of the salary
