Ross Local School District is excited to welcome a dedicated and relationship-driven leader to join our team as Assistant Principal at Ross Middle School.

The Assistant Principal partners closely with the Principal to support instruction, student success, and a safe, engaging learning environment where students and staff feel supported and valued.
What you'll do- Help lead the day-to-day operations of the school
- Support a positive, respectful, and student-centered culture
- Work alongside staff to strengthen teaching and learning
- Assist with student discipline, attendance, and student supports
- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff
- Supervise and support staff growth and development
- Coordinate school programs, activities, and events
- Contribute to district initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Valid Ohio Principal or Administrative License
- Successful teaching experience (middle school experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leadership style and a heart for working with adolescents
