Hourly Rate : $22.00

High Ability Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Elementary High-Ability tutor works directly with identified high-ability students in literacy, math, and STEM to deliver advanced and accelerated instruction tailored to their academic needs.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects and students up to 40 pounds.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, squatting, or walking for long periods.
• Hand-Eye Coordination:
  Especially for lifting, stacking, or operating machinery.
• Repetitive Motions:
  Tolerance for repetitive tasks without injury or fatigue.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience with children or students with special needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and understand individual students’ needs
• Ability to accurately record and summarize data
• Willingness to participate in pre and ongoing training programs
• Understand the individual needs of students

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $22 Per Hour

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
