We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and faith-driven 5th Grade Teacher to join our faculty. This teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across all core subjects (math, language arts, science, social studies, religion), fostering a classroom environment that supports academic growth, moral development, and community engagement.

• Plan, prepare, and teach daily lessons for a self‑contained 5th grade class
• Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Integrate Catholic faith and values into curriculum and classroom activities
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instruction
• Communicate with parents about student performance and behavior
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school‑wide events
• Support the school’s Catholic mission through prayer, service, and witness

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Valid teaching certification/license (or eligibility) for the State of Indiana
• Experience teaching upper elementary grades (preferred)
• Practicing Catholic or strong understanding of Catholic education and willingness to uphold our faith mission
• Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to collaboration and community building
