We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Culinary Lab Tech to support our culinary program by maintaining an efficient and safe kitchen environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and organize the culinary lab for classes, including setting up equipment, supplies and food carts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the lab, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and inventory supplies, including ingredients, tools, and small wares; assist with ordering as needed.
- Support instructors by shopping for needed ingredients.
- Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and ready for use; report repairs or replacements as needed.
- Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with special events or additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain all receipts and invoices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of a dynamic learning environment.
