We've been family-owned since 1995, proudly serving Northern Indiana children from 6 weeks to elementary age. Our mission is simple: protect, educate, inspire.

What you'll do:
- Plan and lead fun, educational activities
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Support children's growth and milestones
- Communicate with parents and families
- Work as part of a collaborative teaching team
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of childcare experience (preferred)
- Team-focused, proactive attitude
- Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical
- Able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods
- Able to be CPR certified for both infant and children
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (no evenings or weekends!)
