OVERVIEW The University of Notre Dame is seeking a Senior Director of Pre-College Pathways to provide leadership for the Office of Pre-College Programs and Notre Dame TRIO Programs. This role focuses on advancing pre-college academic experiences and college access initiatives that serve both local and global student populations. The position supports strategic enrollment goals, educational opportunity, and socioeconomic mobility through residential, virtual, and community-based programming.
The role requires collaboration across divisions and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen pathway development and outreach efforts. The Senior Director will also guide operational effectiveness while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and established best practices.
- Lead the Office of Pre-College Programs and Notre Dame TRIO Programs
- Provide strategic leadership for pre-college academic experiences
- Oversee college access initiatives serving local and global student populations
- Manage pathway development and program coordination
