Corpus Christi Catholic School is seeking a passionate, faith-filled, and enthusiasticfull-time Music Teacherfor the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who loves sharing the gift of music with children while helping them grow academically, creatively, and spiritually.
Responsibilities- Teach general music to students in PreKindergarten through Grade 8.
- Plan and direct the school's annualChristmas Pageant.
- Direct and coordinate theschool musical/play.
- Prepare students to provide music forweekly school Masses and other liturgical celebrations.
- Foster an appreciation for music through singing, movement, rhythm, music literacy, and performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the mission and Catholic identity of the school.
- Create a positive, engaging, and faith-centered classroom environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
- Valid Indiana teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
- Practicing Catholic preferred, with a commitment to supporting the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
- Ability to accompany student singing on piano or another instrument is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
