The sub-contractor will be tasked with Test Lead role responsibilities with an emphasis on creating a consolidated master schedule for all programs requiring ETS resources. The required tasks will be to develop structure and cadence to the following:
Responsibilities- Develop a consolidated master schedule for all programs requiring ETS resources.
- Create structure and cadence for MAT review/updates and HMR review/updates.
- Develop FA program schedule development and incorporate all program schedules into a master schedule.
- Establish a business interface to the local site Engineering community.
- Settle business priorities when people, equipment, or project conflicts exist.
- Provide project status updates and PMR support.
- Review and update CPI/SPI metrics.
Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
QualificationsMay require a bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
