Our client is an automotive supplier and they are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team. They have been in business since the late 1950’s and have been successful ever since. This is a direct hire role where you will have the ability to make an immediate impact. • Develop and implement production and cost improvements throughout the facility
• Implement activities to improve quality, safety, and cost
• Refine manufacturing processes
• Write and troubleshoot G-code programs for CNC Swiss Lathes
• Manage projects to achieve operational goals from start to finish

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar, experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• CNC, machining experience
• Experience with Mastercam software, or similar
• Hands-on problem-solving ability
• Analytical, sense of urgency, self-starter
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
