Job Description
As an Engineering Tech II at Honeywell, you will support engineering projects by assisting with the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineers and team members to ensure successful execution of engineering tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our operations. In this role, you will impact the timely delivery and quality of engineering projects by providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and data analysis that help drive project success and innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist engineers in the design, testing, and validation of Aviation Fuel Controls, Wheels, & Brake products and systems.
- Support the preparation and execution of test plans and documentation, and analyze test data to provide detailed test input/logs to engineering teams.
- Maintain and coordinate calibration of engineering tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering project and test teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of products and processes, conduct experiments and tests, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering support or technician mechanical role (e.g., aviation, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment technician or mechanic).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with engineering software tools and data analysis software (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and calibration procedures.

- Experience in manufacturing or product testing environments.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
