We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction, and control survey projects. • Manage and perform boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys
• Research deeds, plats, easements, and legal records to establish property boundaries
• Prepare and certify survey plats, legal descriptions, maps, and survey deliverables
• Review and approve survey calculations and project documentation
• Lead, mentor, and support field crews and CAD technicians
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, municipalities, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards, regulations, and best practices
• Support project planning, scheduling, and client communication

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Indiana and/or Michigan (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience
• Experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
• Proficiency with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software
• Strong knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional survey methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing projects and mentoring survey personnel
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities
