Senior Structural Engineer at Frost Engineering & Consulting

Frost Engineering & Consulting is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team. We are a full service, nationally licensed structural engineering firm. In this role, you will design and analyze building structures, develop engineering solutions for new construction and rehabilitation projects, and collaborate with architects, owners, and project team from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design in a range of building materials
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical excellence within the firm

Qualifications:

• Degree(s) in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years in structural design and project delivery
• Knowledge of building codes, structural systems, and construction practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
