Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Experience or internship in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and quality control principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support process improvements
  • Proficiency with manufacturing software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
  • Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Internship or co-op experience in advanced manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
