Electrical Engineer
Our client is a growing engineering-driven organization seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of custom technical solutions for industrial and commercial customers. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute throughout the design and execution process. Entry-level and early-career candidates with a strong electrical engineering foundation are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Create and revise engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Support the development and integration of electrical and control systems within customer-specific projects.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver project objectives.
- Apply industry standards, engineering principles, and applicable codes to design activities.
- Participate in design reviews and implement revisions as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes and product designs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $37.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
