Television Master Control Operator

The TV Master Control Operator is responsible for monitoring the quality and accuracy of our on‑air product, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and preparing programming for future playback.

This position will work 1‑2 days a week, mostly weekends, including overnights; 12am-8am, day shift; 8am‑4pm, and/or evening shift; 4pm‑12am.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting automation playlists for up to seven television & two radio stations.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Switching live news and sports programming.
• Maintaining transmitter logs.
• Other duties as needed.

• Strong computer knowledge.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Reliable with good communication skills.
• Previous master control experience is a plus but not required.

Shifts could include overnight, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Should be flexible.
