Financial Manager, Corporate Finance, Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Gpac is partnering with a confidential, growing GPG manufacturer in Northern Indiana to identify a Plant Controller
. This role will lead plant-level finance activities including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. The Plant Controller will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership and corporate finance, providing strategic financial guidance to support operational decision-making and plant profitability.
- Lead the plant finance function and partner with plant leadership to forecast monthly financial performance
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and provide actionable variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and present results to plant leadership and corporate finance
- Lead the annual budget process and ongoing budget-to-actual reporting
- Perform ROI modeling and financial analysis for capital expenditure projects
- Maintain and improve costing processes including standard cost updates and yield/scrap analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls related to inventory and operational finance procedures
- Oversee cycle count programs and investigate inventory variances with corrective action planning
- Partner with operations teams to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing finance experience with strong cost accounting exposure
- ERP system experience required
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to support non-finance stakeholders
- Proven experience driving process improvements and plant operational efficiencies
