Senior Finance Analyst

• Drive annual budget process in partnership with key stakeholders to develop accurate, executable targets while communicating assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop monthly forecasts by monitoring changes in business trends and prior assumptions, analyze financial/KPI variances versus budget and prior periods.
• Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level, understanding volume, price, and cost components.
• Perform complex financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making by business leaders and finance management.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support month-end reporting and provide actionable insights on P&L results (sales, margin, opex) and working capital.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial outcomes with operational plans and help identify expense-management opportunities with sales.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate customer profitability, pricing, and strategic initiatives for a rapidly changing business environment.
• Support adhoc data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 7+ years in finance with FP&A experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft O365, especially Excel.
• Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, comfortable combining multiple data sources.
• Effective, professional communicator comfortable presenting to all leadership levels.
• Team player able to self-manage schedule and competing priorities across multiple internal customers and projects.

- $5,550.30 - $9,075.00 (Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles)
This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
