The City of South Bend is seeking an Inspector to enforce building, environmental, and zoning codes. You will inspect neighborhoods, document violations, and collaborate with other city departments to address unsafe living conditions.
Inspectors use mobile devices to record data, generate reports, and educate residents on code requirements. A valid driver's license is required; IMPC and asbestos certifications may be needed based on assignment.
