HTS is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our teams at three highly-rated senior living communities located in South Bend, IN. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short-term rehab, long term care and assisted living. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Flexible full-time schedule, 30–40 hours per week.
- Drive time and mileage compensated for travel between the buildings, which are located within 10 miles/15 minutes of each other.

RequirementsApplicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II:
Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
