• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices.

• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
