Must-Have:
- Experience in scrubbing cases and familiarity with wires.
- Familiarity with GE and Siemens fluoroscopy rooms.
- Experience in vascular interventional radiology, including endografts, neurovascular procedures, and trauma.
Description:
Position requires an Interventional Radiology Technician.
The shift is four 10-hour days, with scheduled on-call requirement one day a week.
Weekend call is required every third or fourth weekend.
Daily caseload ranges from 10 to 15 cases per technician.
Previous experience is required, and first-time travelers are accepted.
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
Pending state licenses are accepted, provided the license is active by the start date.
The technician must be capable of scrubbing a variety of cases, including neurovascular cases and familiar with thrombectomy devices.
Experience in a range of interventional procedures is preferred, including embolization, stent placement, and various angiography procedures.
Patient age groups served include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Interdisciplinary support services are available, including physical therapy and social services.
The facility will consider candidates who have experience in trauma and outpatient settings.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a sensitive clinical environment with adherence to professional conduct standards.
