As a Nurse at Southfield Village, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

* You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.

* Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.

Job Requirements /

Qualifications:

* Licensed as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required

* Experience in a geriatric setting preferred

* Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus

Schedule:

* Evening Shift 2:30pm-11:30pm

* Part-time 5 shifts per pay period
